Replace "managed social media" with "grew LinkedIn following from 4K to 28K, driving 15% of all demo requests." Hiring managers evaluate whether you think in business outcomes — show them you do, explicitly.
Senior marketing roles need breadth. If your experience is heavy in one area, explicitly mention adjacent work — campaigns you ran with sales, reporting you owned, channels you briefed others on. This signals cross-functional ability, which most marketing manager roles require.
