ResumeQuill provides resume-building tools, templates, account features, and PDF export. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

You may use some features without an account. If you create an account, provide accurate information, protect your sign-in details, and remain responsible for activity performed through your account.

Use ResumeQuill lawfully and respectfully. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful code, infringe another person's rights, or use the service to create deceptive or unlawful content.

You retain ownership of the information and documents you create. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, process, display, and export that content to provide the service to you.

ResumeQuill, its branding, templates, interface, and other service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use them only as allowed by these Terms and may not copy, resell, or redistribute them as your own product.

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, maintain, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ResumeQuill is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. The current version will show its effective date. Continued use after an update means that you accept the revised Terms where applicable law allows this.
