Do I need an account to use the builder?
No. You can pick a template, fill in your details and download the PDF without signing up. An account only matters if you want to come back later and edit a resume you already made.
What happens to the data I type into my resume?
It is used to build your resume and nothing else — it is never sold and never shared for advertising. The Privacy Policy sets out exactly what is stored and for how long.
My PDF looks wrong when I open it. What now?
Tell us the template name and the browser you used, and attach or describe what is off — a shifted block, a missing font, a cut-off page. Layout issues are usually specific to one template and one browser, and that pair is what we need to reproduce it.
Can you write or review my resume for me?
We do not write resumes to order, but the guides by profession show, line by line, what a strong version of your section looks like — including the wording, the metrics to include and the mistakes that cost interviews.
